Tom and Madeline Childers bring a complete range of skills and knowledge to their customers as a result of their 30+ years in real estate, mortgage lending, marketing and title insurance. Tom’s expertise extends to properties in all price ranges. He was previously the owner and managing broker of Childers Real Estate Services, LLC. This experience at the helm of his own company gives Tom an elevated level of real estate expertise, a skill he has been building since first earning his license in 1978. Madeline’s extensive knowledge of the title insurance and escrow processes enables her to simplify the complex side of the business, while her marketing expertise positions sellers for success. Madeline’s real estate background also includes working for a home builder, which allows her to properly advise clients’ interested in the new construction options on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Tom and Madeline are passionate about the Florida lifestyle and sharing its merits with their customers.
