Selling a condo in Vermont while living in Maryland is not easy. Well, unless Mindy Hastings is your realtor! She guided us (remotely) through the process, setting realistic expectations and goals for us, which were all achieved with her help and guidance. She coordinated all the pictures, dealt with the HOA and even referred a local trusted attorney. Could not have been happier with the experience.

I cannot rave about Mindy Hastings and the KW Team enough! My Fiance and I were first time home buyers and the patience and knowledge Mindy had to support us through this experience and find us the best home possible is beyond appreciated. My fiance, and I are both extremely particular and we had a vast array of "wants" and "must haves" for our first home. Mindy truly listened to us, got to know us, and was able to utilize her experience and personal skills to help us feel comfortable, informed, and confident in our choices. She devoted a ridiculous amount of time to us and we will forever be grateful. The home we ultimately landed in (which we love!) only happened because Mindy herself reached out to the sellers and continued to inquire on our behalves even when we thought it would be out of reach for us. I could go on and on but ultimately I just want it to be known how wonderful they are at their jobs and how much of an impact they have made on our lives. Thank you, thank you!

I would give Mindy 10 stars out of 5 for responsiveness if I could. She was on top of everyone throughout the entire process, She made herself available at every turn, responding immediately and following up diligently. She is personable and friendly, but also advocates for her client like a bulldog. I always felt like she had my interests as her primary focus, beyond just getting the deal done. I would highly recommend her without reservation.

Mindy was excellent from the very moment we connected. She was always immediately available to answer all of my questions. I felt that she was just as excited as we were about buying this house. I had complete trust that she had our best interests at heart.
