I am a full-time Realtor dedicated to providing excellent service to meet client's real estate needs. I have sold real estate in Virginia in the 1980s and 90s, and in 2012, 7 years after moving to the Tampa area, I decided to pursue my true passion of real estate. I specialize in relocations, first-time buyers, military personnel, families upsizing/downsizing in the Tampa Bay Area, and can assist in relocations in the US and around the world. My family has relocated numerous times (Virginia, Thailand, Germany, South Korea, Florida) and I truly understand the phrase "time is of the essence" and the stress involved in a move. As a Realtor, I have also incorporated many of the skills acquired over my 30 plus years of government service, and continually invest in real estate training. I have earned a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations, and my Broker's license in 2018.
