David Faith

Growing up near Princeton, New Jersey dad was a real estate attorney and mom ran a title company in the 70's and 80's. Prior to my real estate career I was employed at Union Bank of Switzerland, Credit Suisse/First Boston, and Bank Of America. Work brought me to Tampa and the people, places, and climate inspired me to relocate. I've lived in laid back Pass-a-Grille on St. Pete Beach, Hyde Park in trendy South Tampa, and now reside just north of Tampa in the thriving Wesley Chapel area. Having been a Florida resident, homeowner, and business owner in Tampa Bay for more 20 years; I know the region well and keep informed of the latest developments in our property market. Buyers and sellers alike will also benefit from a valuable perspective informed by deep experience in real estate finance and mortgage servicing. I'm married, proudly served in the U.S. Navy, and graduated from DePaul University.
