My wife and I bought our first home in Oldsmar in 2006, while we were still in college: a distressed property at the very top of the market. I renovated it myself, then watched its value drop by nearly half in 2008. Instead of selling at a loss, we lived there until 2013 and turned it into a rental. That house taught me more about real estate than any class could. Since then we've bought homes in The Eagles in Odessa, kept our previous homes as rentals, founded GV Property Investments, and completed several renovation and flip projects. I went full-time with Engel & Volkers in 2022 to sell my own properties and quickly found I enjoy guiding clients even more.
