Joseph Settembrino

I was originally licensed in 2000 and went to work for Coldwell Banker. I was then recruited to a real estate team with Remax Partners. The next step in my real estate journey was helping to build Capital Real Estate Group where I recruited, trained and managed over 50 Realtors and helped to build one of the first "all in one" Real Estate Services companies in Florida. We had in house Mortgage Services and a Title Company. The Real Estate Market crash and Economic down turn in 2008 made me rethink my career choice and I moved to California with my family to pursue a different career in the medical field. As a native Floridian leaving Florida for the first time was very hard and I didn't last long. I came back to Florida and joined forces with my Mother at Galleria International Realty in Fort Lauderdale. I had my greatest successes and pure joy working every day with my Mother. I now work for the largest Co. I have ever worked for in Dalton Wade and I look forward to helping you!
