Sheila Holmes

Raised in Florida and living in the Sebastian area since 2004, Sheila Holmes understands the tangible and intangible assets of Sebastian community. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. Having been a District Manager, from Jacksonville to Miami and a veterinary hospital owner as well as being a current business owner locally, Sheila knows how important the local community is. She understands attention to detail as she managed over 37 sites and hundreds of employees during her career. With excellent communication skills, She is able to quickly determine her customers’ needs in buying and selling properties. Her ability to understand contracts, patience during negotiations and calm demeanor helps her customers navigate the real estate process smoothly. Sheila delights in showing off her hometown.
