When things needed to be done (such as in making repairs called for in the inspection), Kristin took care of finding the repair personnel. Honestly, I don't think I could have managed without her.

Kristin was very prompt in replying to my initial contact to her. She was very knowledgeable with the area and understood exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend her to friends. Since we were purchasing a home and lived out of state, in Michigan, we needed someone that would stay on top of all aspects of our purchase. Kristin was excellent in every way. Kristin made herself available exclusively to us when we were coming to Florida to purchase our home. She spent 2 entire days showing us 25 homes, negotiated an unbelievable price for us and was very professional.

Kristin is an affable and engaging personality. She is well informed about the local market and makes a real effort to help buyers with neighborhood decisions. She knows about traffic patterns during peak periods and shares that kind of information without having to be asked. She is willing to show properties on weekends and evenings to help fit a buyer's work schedule. She is experienced with transactional situations, and is very good at structuring offers and counter offers. She has a real sense about what will work in friendly negotiations. We think she is a first rate real estate agent and would recommend her to anyone interested in listing or buying a property in the Sarasota, Bradenton area.
