We found Kelly through a local community group that she is involved with and sponsors and could not be happier! As out of state buyers 1700 miles away we had some unique challenges with getting into and seeing properties. She worked within our budget and was respectful of our financial limitations. Not once did she encourage us to go above our means. Kelly also had wonderful insight about the area, rental potential, pros/cons of each unit and more. After our initial visit to the area where we did not come away with a contract due to availability, she continued to stay in touch with us sending us listings and prospective properties. When we inquired about a particular unit we had wanted to see but could not get into due to snowbirds, she helped us put together an offer contingent upon her video walk through! After a bit of back and forth, we were under contract, but that was not the end of her service. She continued to guide us through to close.
