Since 2010 I have served the real estate industry starting out as a property manager. I served HOA's, condominimiums, townhouses, and garden homes. From there I moved into a regional manager postion where I was responsible for other property managers and sales. At the end of the day I only had two jobs as a property manager. 1. Limit and or lower the liability overall for the community. 2. Take the proper steps to secure and increase property values. I have taken this property management experience and have very easliy transitioned in to real estate. Best decision I have made since getting married.
