Donna and Bryan brought a client who showed interest and within a day made an offer. They were very detailed as they explained their roll (transactional agent) and went through the offer in detail. I discussed and made a counter which was accepted - with a contingency where the buyer had to get a contract on their home, listed with Donna and Bryan. As many may realize, the market slows somewhat after the snowbirds return. They did yeoman's work - listing, many open houses, call to other agents who may have had clients -- and found a buyer. We closed - cash deal - five days later than we hoped. I would note that our house was updated and renovated but did list and sell for more per square foot than any other property in our community. Bryan was always available when I asked for information on a house or to arrange a showing. We reviewed several houses and he was great pointing out great features of the home, things that added value. We are not located in the area so he took time to educate me on the local pricing etc. After we made offers and finally reached a deal, Donna was terrific at answering all the questions that I had, helped with insurance and tax questions . She went back to the owners to clarify some questions for us and was Very responsive.
