If I could give Christina 10 stars in this review, I would. She was 100% on top of everything throughout the process of my home purchase. Her communication skills were unbeatable and it was a relief to have her do all the heavy lifting and manage the whole process for me. I will most definitely use her for any home purchase or sale I make in the future. Don't look any further, just call her.

Christina worked diligently with us to find the builder, neighborhood, and floor plan that best suited our needs. We lived in Ohio and built a home in Florida with her expertise and assistance. She negotiated with the builder on our behalf to obtain the best pricing and items that we wanted for our home and followed up on every detail. We appreciated her invaluable advice and support during the sales contract and design phases. Whenever we had questions or concerns during the building process, Christina met with the appropriate people, obtained answers to questions in writing, and persevered on issues until they were solved. She gets results but she always maintains a calm respectful manner. She responds expediently to emails. Christina also attended inspections and meetings even when we couldn't attend, and we trusted her to serve as our representative at the final walk through and closing. Christina soars above and beyond the highest expectations.

Miss Christina was meticulous, trustworthy, friendly, prompt with every follow-up, very knowledgeable and so very professional every step of the way. She is available when needed, super helpful and a very, very kind lady. Del Webb Community
