Yeiry (Jd) Sanchez

We purchased a home from Yeiry (JD) Sanchez (Keller Williams) She failed to disclose problems with the home which she flipped. During walkthrough we saw a bubble on the ceiling and asked if there was a leak in the roof. She stated she didn't know anything about it. My husband lifted the rug right underneath the bubble on the ceiling and the wood floor was damaged. She had rented "staging" furniture to sell the house and used the rug to cover up the damage, doubling down saying she didn't know anything about this. She sent her roofer to check on the problem. He told us she did know & he was brought in June & august 2024 showing photos on his phone with dates of the work. She still denied knowing about it. We negotiated a price decrease to fix the problems & our roofer found more problems Two days after moving in, flying termites everywhere. We have to move out for three days to tent for termites. JD flipped/sold knowing & didn’t disclose. I hope no one has to go through this.
