Matt is very personable, took time to fully explain all of the real estate documents necessary in the sale, offered very knowledgeable expertise regarding the housing market, made suggestions on what repairs should be done and referred repairmen for various tasks. He even went the extra mile by rolling up his sleeves to complete a few repairs on his own. I was compelled by his generosity and took the day off to work by his side. I would not have met repair deadlines on my own due to health limitations related to weather. While selling an older home coupled with the negotiation process comes with challenges, Matt made the process less hectic and his solutions were practical. Shortly before the sell of this home, Matt helped my sister purchase a home in which he was both the seller and buyer agent.
