Team BeachSide | John & Nicole Kavaliauskas

John Kavaliauskas is a Florida Realtor with LoKation Real Estate, based on St. Pete Beach, where he lived as a child. He and his wife, Nicole, run Team Beachside, serving buyers and sellers on the Pinellas Gulf beaches: St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, the Redingtons, Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach, and Tierra Verde. Team Beachside focuses on waterfront homes, beach condos, and new-construction condo projects such as Water Club St. Pete Beach. Buying or selling on the beaches now turns on details most agents gloss over: flood zone and elevation, the FEMA 50% rule, seawall and dock condition, milestone inspections and reserve studies, and short-term rental rules that differ by town. John and Nicole publish neighborhood and building guides on teambeachside.com covering these topics, and they bring the same research to every client.
