We met Lee and Tim when they helped our daughter and son in law purchase their first home. We were very impressed with both of them and when we retired we chose them to sell our home in Florida. Lee explained to us the selling process, how to stage our home, what to get rid of, etc. Tim went through room by room with his recommendation as well. We only did a few minor things with pain and landscaping. Our home sold in 6 days at full list price!. 2 extremely professional people that had our best interests at heart. They kept us informed each day of any or no progress and always answered out calls. We now consider them as not only our realtors but our friends and we will welcome them with open arms if they ever take us up on our offer to visit us in California where our new house is located.
