Tom Martini

I’m a fourth-generation Panama City local, proud to serve the Gulf Coast community I’ve always called home. Growing up, I enjoyed soccer, music, skateboarding, surfing, and fishing—experiences that shaped my love for this area. My background includes graduating from Bay High, Haney Technical College, Gulf Coast State College, and Florida State University. Before real estate, I spent 25 years in healthcare, working in acute care, hospice, assisted living, and skilled nursing/rehab. I held roles as an RN, BSN, Nursing Home Administrator, Certified Risk Manager, and RAC-CT, and still maintain my Florida nursing license. Today, as Broker/Agent and owner of Twisted Palms Real Estate Group & Property Management, I bring that same dedication to caring for people—whether you’re buying, selling, investing, or seeking property management. I’m married to Teresa Martini, who is co-owner and Broker of Twisted Palms, and we’re blessed with 3 children, 10 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
