Chad Logan

Chad was born in the Philadelphia area where he developed a passion for the outdoors at a young age fishing and spending summers at the beach with his family. Chad followed his love of nature to Vermont where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Resort Management from Green Mountain College and met his future wife, Heidi. Chad and Heidi moved to the Park City, Utah to chase larger mountains and more adventures. Chad managed hotels at a Four Diamond resort in Park City, during which time he shared his enthusiasm with guests and locals alike. He spent years as a fly fishing guide on many fisheries in the Utah. After years of building lasting relationships with returning guests, Chad transitioned into real estate to fulfill his dream of finding the perfect mountain home for his clients. Now a resident of Palm Coast, Chad is uniquely able to make genuine connections with clients to ensure that their Florida real estate dreams become reality.
