Kim helped me find my first house and didnt think of using anyone else when I decided to buy my second house. Kim went above and beyond helping us. She was available day and night to help put our minds at ease with regards to our home buying process. Amazing realtor through and through. John Campbell was there on the one and only occasion Kim had a prior obligation. My friend and she put me in touch with Kimberly right away. I was a little concerned in the beginning because I was looking in an area that was a different county and about an hour away so I wasn't sure how showings would work out. She did it though. She would setup appointments for at least 5 showings on a weeknight or weekend and it worked out great. I became more comfortable when I realized she was very familiar with the area I was looking in so she was able to give me great advise or tips. Communication was key and she was great at keeping in tough with me and following up when needed. From the search to the negotiating process and through to closing she did whatever was needed to help me find the home of my dreams and at the right price.
