We met Stephanie at an open house in Lake Nona for newer home. I wasn't sure if I was ready and even exactly knew what I wanted. She spent time putting together options for everything including some great lenders. I spent about a month on showings for newer homes and new builds and eventually decided a new build was best. Stephanie was great because at time the builder had no inventory. She constantly checked in with builder until a new phase was opened and she got me in on first day with appointment. She was incredibly patient and always available. Attended the design and upgrade appointment and expertly guided me with all my choices to stay in budget. It was an 8 month process and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me!

Stephanie is the most steadfast and patient agent. She first helped us find a rental over 2 years ago and at same time helped connect us with a lender who put us on a plan to save and buy a home in 18 months. As soon as we were ready - we headed out with Stephanie! She kept us motivated and lifted us up when we were not picked the first few contracts. Crazy market in early 2021 with cash offers at our budget but finally we saw the house on Laguna and it was just perfect! She gave best advise and had us stretch a little on the offer but it so paid off! We love our home - our first home! Never would have gotten this far without her!

We contacted Stephanie when we had an opportunity to move into a larger family, but we needed to sell our current home - FAST! She came over the very next morning, gave a list and price opinion and estimated we could close in 30days. We were a little skeptical but we trusted her. We completed our homework in a week and she had her photographer out that same day and we listed home(more than we thought we could ask). We were going to have an open house but we had so many showing requests and several offer by that evening and over asking - we decided to go with best offer the next morning. This was in middle of Covid - and we moved in less than 30 days...totally smooth process. We recommend Stephanie all the time to friends and family. She knows this market!

Stephanie helped me when I bought this home...I thought it would be my forever home. We remodeled the kitchen and baths. Loved my home. I was devastated we would have to sell. She held my hand the whole way. I almost panicked when after only a couple weeks on the market and Covid shut everything down. Like everyone else, we took it off for 60 days. As soon as we knew we could safely show the home again we put it back on and so glad we did! Closed in just under 30 days and I love my little slice of heaven!
