Nancy Cruz

I was born in New York, raised in both NY and Puerto Rico. During my recent years, I have relocated and have become an adopted daughter of Central Florida. I earned her bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in finance, in New York City. Since real estate has always been a passion of mine, I became a real estate appraiser in 2009. I love numbers and houses. Which has been my area of specialty since then. Currently, am also the owner of Cruz Real Estate Appraisals, LLC which provides valuation services in Orlando, St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Ocoee and Clermont. This experience has helped me understand the ins and outs of the mortgage transactions and the specific minimum requirements of the properties for the specific loans. Over the years I have proven to be committed and responsible and will do my very best to help every and any client.
