I became a Single- mom in 1992 with a three and half year old son , without any familymembers in the state, No working experience , No legal residency status...even my divorce attorney suggested I went back to Venezuela. I took the risk and challenge, I stayed, in 2000-my residence status changed , I bought my first house and got my real estate license in the same year. In 2004 I started investing in real estate properties. managing my own investments . In 2007 doing short sales, BPO, listed REO which I learned more about how to rehab and estimate the repair cost, and build up crews to work with me. As time goes by, my main clients are foreigners investors or out of state investors. manage their investment properties after sales closing. pay HOA monthly fee, HOA complaints, deal with handymen with all kinds of repairs, take care of insurance claims, pay property tax, file income tax....it is not a easy job, however, I enjoy the great appreciations from the happy clients.
