I found Matt Davies. Right away he had listings to show me and went above and beyond even suggesting locations that I hadnt thought of that were still close enough of a commute to my job. Within a couple a weeks I was able to find a home I liked. The process that followed was very easy too and if there were any problems during the process like a hold up with the bank Matt was right on top of it which I really appreciated. He was also always available to answer any questions I had. The experience I had with Matt led me to send him my parents way for the sale of their home which they had also had struggles with previous realtors in trying to sell. From what I saw they just listed the property and just let it sit on the web. But Matt with his dedicated team and even through the covid-19 mess was able to sell their home at asking within a couple of months.
