After college, she began her career in the mortgage industry, quickly advancing to Junior Broker at American Home Mortgage before transitioning into real estate and investment properties. Known for her strategic negotiation skills, market knowledge, and dedication to her clients, Erica stays current on interest rates, loan products, market trends, and NAR regulations. She has also expanded her expertise into commercial leasing, Hawaii real estate, and interior design, including renovation projects featured on Zombie House Flipping. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, art, decorating, spa days, traveling to Hawaii, and spending time with family.
