Carla Guevara is a bilingual Real Estate Professional and PM leader with over 25 years of experience across sales, customer service, and large-scale project execution. Originally from Lima, Peru, Carlas journey has been shaped by resilience, discipline, and a deep commitment to growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sales and Marketing, and a Masters degree in Project Management. In parallel to her work in real estate, Carla serves as a Senior Project Manager supporting Public Assistance programs for the (FEMA), where she has managed complex, high-impact projects through all phases from planning to execution often in high-pressure and time-sensitive environments. Today, Carla brings that same structured and strategic approach into real estate. For her, real estate is not just about buying or selling. It is about guiding individuals and families make informed decisions that create stability, independence, and long-term wealth.
