Jeannine assisted me with every single thing from keeping my yard. Clean keeping my house clean very willing to do whatever I had asked of her in helping cell the house! It wasn't easy but I wouldn't of wanted to go through this experience with anybody else!!

I was moving from the Orlando FL area to Jacksonville FL & did not know anything about the area. Several realtors never returned my calls, didn’t seem interested in helping me, or didn’t listen to my requirements. I got on the phone w/Jeannine & she was friendly & asked me many questions. She sent up home tours very quickly & each home matched the requirements asked for. She was very knowledge about the area. Her follow-up was excellent along with her patience to set up appts for me to see many homes on the weekends. Once I found a home I wanted, she made sure all the proper paperwork was in place & signed in a timely manner. When I moved in, I wanted to make some cosmetic changes to the home & she was happy to offer me trusted sources. She has periodically followed up me to see how everything is going. She is awesome & I'm very happy.
