Raised in Brooklyn, NY. Joe moved to Florida in 1978, Joe understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in the "Florida Sunshine", with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity. Joe worked in a family restaurant with his parents, joined the Air Force, graduated from Tampa College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, and subsequently returned to the Tampa Area managing a career with the State of Florida in several high-profile agencies. Joe joined the Real Estate profession after retiring from almost 33 years with State of Florida service and raising two boys (men) with his with his bride of 42 years,. Joe showcases his homes on his social media, websites and utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with his clients’ buying and selling needs. These include mortgage and Title Professionals, Painters, Tradesmen, and Inspectors. He is communicative, thorough and detail-oriented and he will be alongside you every step of the way.
