Hector helped me find my first townhouse rental when I first moved to Miami in 2016. He followed up with me over the years, & I enjoyed working with him so much that I called him again when searching to buy my first home. Hector is incredibly personable, & he understands the stress of making a big property purchase. I appreciated the coffee consultation that we had before seeing homes. I really feel that he understands my needs & didnt show me properties that didnt match my criteria. He really focuses on relationship building. He was particularly helpful when I put the second offer on my current home by thoroughly reviewing each term that I would have overlooked. Our bid was first rejected, and then the winning bidder backed out & I was able to buy the home. It was emotional, & Hector was there every step of the way.
