04/07/2021 I would like to express my respect and appreciation to Ms. Kimberly Kenton, for her work which showed me that she is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was in charge of selling my condo in Fort Myers Beach. I am in Germany and restrictions did not allow travel to the United States. I needed someone I could trust and rely on completely. She took care of actually everything including cleaning the condo out from my personal belongings, minor repairs and staging it. She is a creative problem solver and when confronted with problems she showed a broad range of skills. Keeping me informed about every progress Being a German owner, the legal procedures that have to be taken care of are confusing.
