James Van Pelt

James VanPelt is a local to the south west Florida area, and a Florida native. From a young age James worked long hours after school busing tables and working at restaurants. This helped build the work ethic and value for customer service and satisfaction, that to this day he is known for by his peers. After deciding to pursue a business venture in home remodeling, James finally realized his love for speaking with people and taking care of them mixed with his knowledge and understanding of home remodeling made him a perfect candidate for the real estate world. Today Mr. VanPelt is a licensed REALTOR® with Cabalo’s Realty, ready to help any client with their general residential real estate needs.
