Meet Dawn Terrell, Associate Broker Having relocated with my family nine times in 20 years, I know both the stress of moving and the joy of finding the perfect home. My husband and I returned to Citrus County twice because we truly love it, and we raised our two boys here. I earned my degree in Spanish and Marketing and taught Spanish at Lecanto High School. Teaching still shapes how I work: I explain each step, answer every question, and make sure my clients feel confident and cared for.
