Sally Wood Mc Donald

Sally has been my Realtor on many (many!) occasions. We are living in a house right now that she was our Realtor on several years ago, and she saved the sale when things looked doubtful due to an inspection defect and sellers unwilling to fix the problem. She also sold my late mother's house, which was a difficult sale due to the fact the house had not been updated and had a peculiar floor plan. She also was our Realtor in the house we are buying, closing in 3 weeks, and we have our current house listed with her. My brother also used her. So that means we have dealt with her professionally five (5) times, and we have found her to be professional, ethical, friendly, accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, helpful and charming.

Ms McDonald went the "extra mile" for us and helped us handle a long distance transaction involving the sale of my late sister's property in Tampa, FL.

Sally has been my REALTOR on three occasions ... She sold me a villa, then listed & sold my mobile home and later she listed & sold the villa when I needed to move into an ALF. She is extremely hard-working, conscientious and knowledgeable. I referred her to several friends & my daughter , all of whom she was able to help.
