And while I was looking for land only, and thus a smaller commission, she was always available and willing to answer my never ending questions. Forceful Backup Ms. Dills assisted (and still is assisting) me with all of the home buying process. If I had questions, she had the answers or knew where to find them. I moved around frequently during the process and she was the only constant and trustworthy person I could rely on. Though I didn't have a good home buying experience (because of the builders), she suffered with me and made me understand that she was on my side. She verified information and wasn't afraid to ask or demand the quality product I bought. I appreciate her for being with me and my family and I are blessed to work and got to know her.
