Lilli is the perfect example of what a realtor should strive for and achieve. She guided us with our search for the right home. Gave us terrific advice along the way. Made sure we requested the appropriate inspections (which saved us from purchasing our first pick). She advised us on negotiating the final deal and now we have a wonderful house! Lilli was awesome! We were looking to purchase a home from CA, and thanks to Lillis organization, we were able to do so in our short timeframe (less than 1 month). Lilli would send us new home listings through her portal, and we would rank homes we were interested in. When we had enough homes we were interested in seeing, Lilli would schedule appointments over a weekend. It took two weekends of seeing 10+ homes each weekend, but we finally found a home we love! This would not have been possible without Lilli and her relationships with other realtors as this whirlwind took place during the COVID shelter-in-place with many restrictions and hurdles. What I appreciate most is that Lilli will treat you as a friend and not just another client. She had our BEST INTEREST in mind. I highly recommend Lilli and when we look for our next home, we will definitely use Lillis help both as our selling and buying agent!

Working with Lilli was an absolute pleasure! She asked all the right questions, offered valued suggestions and had OUR interests in mind. She is honest, she is knowledgeable, she is responsive, very professional and a great negotiator. We are out of state buyers and worked with Lilli via FaceTime. Lilli aligned showings efficiently so we can see several properties within a block of time vs random times during the day(s). All showings were via FaceTime taking 10-15 min. Each showing Lilli documented on video and picture which were sent to us within minutes for our additional viewing. We then spoke together about each property and she honestly pointed out items which were hard to notice/smell/feel via video. This is what I call integrity and representing our interests!
