Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. He sold our house quickly, which is what we hoped for. He was diligent and always kept in touch with us. Also, he was very friendly and went well beyond what would be expected to help us. He made what could have been a very stressful experience into a streamlined process. We are very happy we called him!

I first med Jonathan approximately a year before I was ready to sell my house, when he was driving around my neighborhood. He stopped and we chatted for a brief time. He was very nice knowledgeable about the sales in my area and prepared report and analysis to give me a realistic idea of what my house was worth. During the coming months Jonathan stopped by occasionally, leaving a calendar or refrigerator magnet on my door, just to subtly remind me that he was keeping in touch. When the time came that I was ready to sell, Jonathan was immediately responsive and aggressive in the marketing of my home. He made himself available, and was present, for every appointment, showing and inspection, which was extremely important to me. When we received an offer, he presented it to me, responded and negotiated as I requested. Within two weeks we had a contract. Even after the sale of my home, Jonathan has assisted me with many details that arose later.

Jonathan put out a lot of advertising including walking neighborhoods and talking with other neighbors. He stopped or called us frequently to update us on calls he had received. He worked hard despite the pandemic in having safe open houses and individual showings. He was wonderful to our dog too! He also helped after our closing on the sale and our purchase up state to make sure we followed up on cancelling insurance, etc. He was a great friend in the end.
