I am a bilingual Florida native who has had the privilege to travel and move due to husband’s military status. After 23 years we were blessed to end up where we began, the beautiful Sunshine state. We have bought and sold homes, and I understand the excitement yet complexity of the process. I know that it is a decision not to be taken lightly and that a house is not just a home, it is also where we build community, friends, and family memories. I also understand that whether this is your first time or a seasoned veteran finding a house to call home, or selling a home, at times can be stressful and confusing for all parties involved but it doesn’t have to be.
