Eric has sold three houses for me and was always kind, patient, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He never pushed me to accept a lower offer than i was looking for. He presented the offer, discussed it with me, gave me advice on whether i could get a better price, and always left the decision up to me. my experience with other agents is that they push you to accept a low offer so they can close the deal and move on. However, i felt at all times that eric wanted me to get the absolute best price possible and he was willing to show a house over and over until he found the right buyer for me. He helped me through a big legal mess on one of my properties and went way out of his way to fix the problem. He was truly a pleasure to work with and i have the greatest respect for his professionalism and for him personally
