Barbara was amazing from the start. The process was quite rocky due to a bit of my own indesiciveness of location as well as some trouble getting financing through. Barbara saved the day and recommended me a different mortgage broker who was able to get my financing. All the while Barbara was willing to look at any of the homes I sent her. The house I ended up purchasing is perfect and without her I would not be able to call it mine.

Barbara got back to me very quickly, and arranged for a house visit the day after I talked to her, also asking to set up a visit to another similar house. She knows many kind and knowledgeable people, including attorneys, appraisers, and inspectors. I don't think the house price negotiation could've been any faster or smoother. Barbara was extremely courteous and kind, she cares about helping you through the entire house hunting and buying process.
