I am Tristina Hill, Broker/Owner of Southern Exclusive Realty, and a top producer in the area for more than 15 years. Tristina has been helping buyers and sellers navigate one of lifes biggest milestones since 2011, combining experience, knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping people make their real estate goals a reality. Her love for real estate began long before she became a REALTOR. As a child, Tristina would ask her mom to pick up the local PennySaver so she could browse the home listings, then spend time driving around looking at properties. What started as a childhood fascination eventually grew into the career she had always dreamed of. In 2017, Tristina took another exciting step by founding Southern Exclusive Realty, which now has a permanent location in downtown DeLand.
