A local of many years she can give the background and story behind the story on most any piece of property in the Ochlockonee Bay region and if she doesnt know she knows who does or how to find out! She answered my texts and emails immediately and was always willing to meet us at the property for another look if that helped us in our decision making. She was a sensitive reliable intermediary between my wife and I and the sellers and went out of her way to keep the conversation moving in a positive direction.
