I am so glad that Vernon was scanning for people looking to sell their homes because he saw that I had made some inquiries as to the current value of my home and he called me. I needed to sell my 70+ year old home that really is in need of serious updating and I was a little apprehensive because most people tried to convince me that I wouldn't get very much for it. Vernon, however, was not of that mindset. He came to see the property, saw the potential, and RAN WITH IT! I moved out of the house at the end of June and he handled EVERYTHING! He sold it for above the list price and I was able to do all the paperwork from north Florida. He is REMARKABLE! The entire process was quick and easy and I know it was because of all the work he was doing. He certainly knows how to do his job. I will definitely recommend him if you need to sell your house. I know he has other clients, but he makes you feel like you're deal is the only one on the table and is always available if you have any help.
