About
My name is Sean Tennant, and I’m proud to call St. Petersburg home. Although I spent part of my childhood in snowy Buffalo, NY, I returned to St. Pete in 2000 to attend Eckerd College, where I earned a B.A. in Management. I began my real estate career in 2004.
In 2007, I faced a life-changing challenge when I suffered a brain aneurysm. After making a full recovery, I shifted gears and became a manatee biologist for the state of Florida—an incredibly rewarding experience that deepened my connection to Florida’s natural beauty. Still, I found myself missing the dynamic world of real estate and the satisfaction of helping people navigate the buying and selling process.
Today, I bring a deep knowledge of Florida real estate, a passion for the Tampa Bay area, and a strong commitment to serving my clients. I’ve been happily married since 2009, and when I’m not working, I enjoy rescuing dogs, powerlifting, and spending time with my Cane Corso, Charlie.
