Staying current on the varying types and styles of homes constantly entering our ever-evolving market, I often find myself spending time between appointments studying the MLS. Looking through interior photographs of newly listed homes, often times I find myself engaging in a bit of whimsy Ive enjoyed since childhood; mentally furnishing and redecorating to suit my taste, all the while aware that while I may find that enjoyable, ultimately its my clients style and taste that counts.
