Anthony Churlin is a former professional baseball player who brings the same discipline, preparation, and performance mindset to real estate. Drafted by the Oakland Athletics in 2016, Anthony transitioned to real estate full time after his baseball career, building on the experience he gained working with people and high performers across the country. In 2025, Anthony closed 24 transactions totaling $8.5 million in volume. Licensed at 23, he has deep roots in Southwest Florida, where he has lived since 2003. Today, Anthony works with athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, entertainers, and first-time buyers. His approach is simple: educate, communicate, and care.
