Michael’s passion for real estate started when he was a teenager. “On weekends, our next-door neighbor would take his oldest son and myself to help rehab houses that he was fixing and flipping. The best part was being able to tear out a wall, crawl in the crawlspace or redo a kitchen to see the mechanics of how a home was put together!” Working on homes from an early age and later fixing and flipping homes himself, gave Michael a wealth of information to impart to his clients. As a licensed real estate broker in Colorado since 1999, he has seen the Denver metro area and Colorado go through many changes and incredible growth. “I really enjoy guiding my clients through the process of buying and selling real estate. It is a big event in their lives.
