A Jacksonville, Florida resident since 2008, Rich came to NE Florida by way of Japan, Virginia, California, and Illinois through serving in the U.S. Navy. Born and raised in the Northeast Ohio rust belt, he joined the Navy after high school and after 23 years of service, he retired as a Chief Petty Officer.
