As first-time homebuyers, Dawn was the guide that we needed to navigate a difficult market! She walked us through every step of the journey from day 1, explaining all of the paperwork that comes with making an offer and setting up a portal for us to see listings. From then on, she was ALWAYS available (not an exaggeration). Nearly every time we would ask to see a house, she got us in there the same day.
