After 30 years of being in the real estate business I just opened my own brokerage. My son , who has 12 years in the business is my partner. WIth that we are offering a flat fee commission for listing company and 2.5% for the buyer agent when you list with us. Buyers get 10% of our earned commission to go toward s their closing cost. I began my career in real estate in 2003. I earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, and I am a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS) and am an Associate Broker. I enlisted in the Army National Guard where I served in a field communications unit, then transferred to the Air National Guard with a full-time position in security at the air base. That led to an opportunity with the Air Force Reserves where I was assigned as a C-5 loadmaster being activated for Desert Storm/Shield in 1990. I hold a BS in criminal justice from Wilmington University. I cover both Kent and Sussex counties where I work with sellers and buyers, specializing in bank-owned and short-sale properties. I work with first-time homebuyers, new construction properties, and have experience selling lots/ land. I can help you find investment properties, too.
