Doreen is a Delaware native. She was raised with 2 brothers and 2 sisters by her father, a retired truck driver and mechanic (who more recently took up farming) and her mother, a housewife who manages her husband's business. Her children are; Christopher, who has a son of his own, Jonathan; Kimberly, who is a Realtor for Dee & Doreen's Team; and Kelly, who attends High School.
