I began my career in real estate in 2003. I earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, and I am a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS) and am an Associate Broker. I enlisted in the Army National Guard where I served in a field communications unit, then transferred to the Air National Guard with a full-time position in security at the air base. That led to an opportunity with the Air Force Reserves where I was assigned as a C-5 loadmaster being activated for Desert Storm/Shield in 1990. I hold a BS in criminal justice from Wilmington University. I cover both Kent and Sussex counties where I work with sellers and buyers, specializing in bank-owned and short-sale properties. I work with first-time homebuyers, new construction properties, and have experience selling lots/ land. I can help you find investment properties, too. An animal lover, I share my home with my 2 dogs, including one rescue. I am also a breast cancer survivor.

Jennifer grew up in Delaware, calling the central Delaware area home for much of her life. She graduated from Milford High School in 2002. She also earned an associate degree in communications technology and a certificate in American Sign Language from Delaware Technical Community College. With that under her belt, she became an award-winning journalist, children’s book author and illustrator and is now professionally engaged in the agricultural industry. Jennifer also trained as a Master Financial Coach through Dave Ramsey’s iconic programming. She is very excited about bringing dreams of homeownership alive in the community that helped raise her and her family. In her spare time, Jenn enjoys spending quality time with her children, friends and family, and exploring the uniqueness Delaware has to offer.
