Sal began his professional career in Denver as a public finance professional. Sal’s financial advisory services grew from three local land development projects to over a dozen mixed-use land developments nationwide. He helped his clients acquire land totaling more than 20,000 acres and valued over $500 million. In 2008, Sal moved to Dubai and began consulting independently for various industries, including pest control, facilities management, medium-sized real estate developers, education, etc. His work ranged from building financial models to conducting feasibility studies, strategic business planning, and raising private equity. Sal and his family returned to the United States, landing in DC in 2015. He actively engages with other agents, investors, developers, buyers, and sellers in the greater DC area, including MD & VA.
